Night Dream Single

This ambient piece brings back memories of the cool nights when you stay up late and think about your life choices while gazing into the sky, hence the name Night Dream. Being into instrumental, relaxing music myself, I wanted to make something that is soothing and focusing at the same time. Night Dream is made using mostly piano, it has a mellow tone that includes fewer upper harmonics, with stronger fundamental tones. I want this piece to be soft and light so I removed the hardness of when the keyboard is hit, only keep the resonance sounds so the notes and background sounds can blend together beautifully. This came to me while I was experimenting by putting notes together to see what would inspires me to make more developments, and I’m really pleased with how Night Dream turned out.
